UN Imposes Sanctions on Building Shooter

http://www.scrappleface.com/MT/archi...18.html#000318

(2002-10-03) -- Steve Kim, the man who allegedly fired five gunshots at the United Nations building in New York this morning, was released by U.N. security guards this afternoon. After a hasty vote by the Security Council, the U.N. also imposed sanctions upon Mr. Kim.

The sanctions include a 'no-walk zone' around the U.N. building, and Mr. Kim must allow weapons inspectors access to his home with appropriate advance notice.

"We feel certain that these sanctions will keep Mr. Kim from ever again threatening the U.N. building," said General Secretary Kofi Annan. "He has also given us his word that he won't attack us again."

... and he has to let U.N. weapons inspectors crawl up his ass to ensure that he hasn't any more Weapons of Mass Disruption.

What if this had been his leaflet?

Quote:
A poster image of missiles attacking the U.S. Capitol building hangs on a wall of a shoe factory in Sinuiju, in North Korea, Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2002. The city of 400,000, which lies on the border with China, is to be walled off from the rest of North Korea and turned into a special economic zone in an attempt to attract foreign investment to the isolated nation. The Korean characters read ''If someone starts an invasion war, we will crush the U.S. bastards first.'' (AP Photo/str)
Actually ... they aren't telling us what says the leaflet ... hmmm?
