Fuzz

This video explains what happens when we don't use our muscles for a period of time. Apparently we develop fuzz. (Warning: contains images of human meat.)

I bought this a while back to work out a trapped muscle. It hurts like helllll. Now I know why.

It's a fuzz buster. Fuzz destroyer. I guess I should get out my pain stick.Hurts so good.

It is a Thera Cane and heavy enough to whack someone over the head with it too. The problem is if there was an intruder that hook would pull someone forward. That wouldn't do. I'll have to use the backside and aim for the eyes.

You can study self defense using a cane. See Canemasters or caneworks.
