I have regained a daughter!

I'm so proud of Hebe and all that she has achieved in the high school swimming world, but had no idea how much I missed her in my every day life (and how much the boys need her to referee/be an alternate focal point)

She's "been back" three days now, she's skated with us, played wii with the boys and is currently making donuts and arseing about in the kitchen. Only now do i realise that for the past three months, I've greeted her at the door as we leave for swim practice at 5am, chatted (maybe) for 5 minutes in the car, then maybe seen her as she prepares for bed...

So now she's playing a 2-player dance thing with Thor (and apparently now with Hector too) on the wii and is being so nice to them...I'm kind of scared..... No-one is hitting anyone and they all sound happy...

Most mothers don't get their teenagers back until they're around twenty-five. You're doing great.
