Cellar football pool 2012

jim helm has recently set up an online NFL Confidence pool at RunYourPool.com. If you are interested in joining the pool, please follow these steps:

1. Go to http://www.runyourpool.com/join.cfm

2. Enter the following information: a. In the Pool ID box, enter the number 18084 b. In the Pool Password box, enter 'whalepenis' (without the single quotes)

3. Fill out the form information, including a personal username and password. (Rest assured, this information will NOT be sold or utilized for spam email under ANY circumstances.)

4. Make your picks, with the ability to change them right up until the weekly deadline.

It's that easy. If you have any questions, let me know.

Oh sweet, I'm in.

I'm in a dollar one around here but I don't always get in on time.

These always make the games more fun to watch if I don't care about the teams who are playing.

Thanks!

Sounds good.

The 'confidence' level is new to me. I mean, when my winner picking system is:

1) Ohio teams (if they play each other I usually go Browns)
2) Whoever plays Pittsburgh
3 Where I'd rather live

I don't have any confidence in any of them yet! HAHAHAHAHA.

cmon people. it's not going to be any fun if there's only 3 of us playing.

ya know.....

I was just looking at this thing. and what appeared to be free ...is not free. they want $29.95 after week 2 for up to 25 members.

if more than 10 of us play, I'll pay it... but not if there's only a handful of us interested. I could just do it manually.

could do it for two weeks and see if it's worth it to continue manually -could use a doodle poll for people to submit picks or some such

sounds like a plan... like I said.. I'd pay if there were a bunch of us in on it. I think I picked the wrong type of pool though...A Confidence pool... you're supposed to assign point values to each game. I guess the closer match ups would be worth more... like Cowboys Giants is kind of a toss up, while Chicago Indy is pretty much a foregone conclusion. I suppose I could just set them all as 1 point and it would be the same as a pick em pool.
