Post fast meal

I marinated a 3-4lb rib roast overnight in pineapple juice from two cans of pineapple chunks.

I placed the rib roast in a crock pot with two cans of pineapple chunks and about a cup of cinnamon dried apple slices and cooked on high for about 5 hours.

I am making Italian herb bread in the breadmaker.

My wife is heating garlic mashed potatoes.

I may pull something else out of the freezer, but I'm not sure.

Right now the house smells like ribs, baking bread, cinnamon, apples, and pineapple.

Since I haven't eaten for over 24 hours, it smells pretty good.
