Now _that_ was a hoagie.

There are very few things that can make me say "Yeah, I'd like to go into Philadelphia today." Yesterday, I ate one of them. A business-related day-trip brought me into Center City, right next door to the Reading Terminal Market, so I finally got to eat at Salumeria.

Prosciutto + sharp provolone + spicy mustard + lettuce + onions + roasted reds + hot pepper relish + a top-notch roll == probably a week or two off my life, but well worth it as one of the best hoagies I've ever eaten.

It's a shame that it'd cost me $11 bucks per trip (five each way on Septa's R5, plus a buck for parking) to go there, or I'd make a regular habit of it.
