MS picture it

Could some tell me how I got "your text here" in this photo and why I can't remove it with same program? But the damn cartoon is the truth about my garden.

I had and enjoyed using Picture It. It seems to have somehow disapeared from my hard drive, and no amount of searching for "picture" or "picture it" has revealed it.

I know that I did not delete this software ... where could it have gone??

Could someone give me the name of the executable, so mebbe I can find it that way if it's still here?

The only way to remove it fully is if the original has the layers still. Otherwise you'll have to copy and past a part of the bacground over it somehow. I'm a tyro in the graphic arts area.
