USB upgrade

I'd like to upgrade the USB on my home computer (WinXP) to 2.0...recommendations?

I have one of these in my computer at work. It's always worked fine.

Yeah, a card with both USB and Firewire gives you options. I've got an external hard drive that uses both at once, for more speed.
