Human Nature
Human nature is complex, sometimes irrational, sometimes exacerbating, but in it's own strange way completely predictable, because it is something we all share. To be human is to be adrift in a sea of neuro-chemical phantoms, as our sensory apparatus provide data to our brain, which does it's evolutionarily designed best to forge a seemingly concrete perception of what we consider to be reality.
Along the way we interact with these other nodes of conciousness, all the while believing we are individuals, when in fact we are simply pockets of the same material, resonating at the same frequency, dwelling within that same evolutionarily designed wavelength of perception which we assume to be the way things really are. So here we all are, in our corner of perception of the universe that has been granted to us as our human birthright. Yet, being here quarantines us into an illusion of individuality, as our waking conciousness is driven by primitive survival mechanisms. So, as a percieved individual we set out to find a path through the wilderness of reality. Our individual nature becomes our strength, as we use our knowledge of ourself as a gateway into the interior of our psyche, in order to traverse the path of least resistance towards whatever goals we find to be suitable to the direction which we believe we need to be going in. As individuals, we set out to find an outer path that will yield inner results. Along the way, we will find minds that we resonate with, and minds which we are dissonant with. Dissonance is always a tool of learning. Seeking understanding and resolution is an opportunity for growth which we all have privilege to make use of. The power of the individual mind, striving for clarity of perception, is the force which drives the development of the human race, as a whole. The individual has privy to the cumulative knowledge of humanity, yet it is only the individual which has the power to make the next incremental step, or the next exponential leap, in whatever direction we are all heading in.
