A Brave Lady Dies...
Anna Politkovskaya was shot this weekend. I remember seeing her in documentary on our TV about the independent press in Russia last year. Her being a critic of Putin was always in danger and I admired her courage to continue her brave crusade in Russia. Whilst looking I was thinking, how long will she stay alive? Well, this weekend came the answer. A sad loss, a very courageous lady...
