 Around here, you can't even adopt a dog from a good rescue organization without paying $500 for a fence and $200 in adoption fees. But in Wuhan, China, where they just kill strays outright, Li Zongwen has adopted the pack you see here.  They say he's a former chef, so he knows how to create a cheap meal for these beasts, but the crap output must be legendary, and the begging must be a serious ordeal. link |
