Keyboard and beer

I hit at a fly with a towel and knocked over a big bud light on KB. DAmn I know better. Think I'll take this one to yard and water hose before it dries.If It dries never work so here goes.

pop all the keys off too.. just take a knife and stick it uder each one turn it like a key in a lock and theyll pop right off. These things get disgusting after a lil while

I keep a new one on hand, cause I have 2 puters. Damn this new logtech is clean, hell ya can read the thing! But 1st time in 7 years. Not to be drinking, but to spill in kb.

Keyboards can be rinsed with water to no ill effect - as long as no key is pressed. Once pressed, a key will suck in some fluid. The only way to get that fluid out is complete disassembly.

Its not hard to disassemble as long as the workarea is clean and all screws are carefully accounted for. Do not pop off keys. There should be no reason to remove a key except if that keyboard has an assembly screw underneath that one or three keys. Simply remove, clean, and dry membrane and PC board. Then reassemble.
