chrisinhouston Professor Join Date: Sep 2001 Location: Houston TX Posts: 1,857	Hard to get mutton in the USA I've tried now for a year or so to get mutton over here. Seems like all we can get is lamb, technically not mutton which is older. It is supposed to have a much more pronounced flavor. I read an article that said that Prince Charles is a big promoter of eating more mutton. Hey, Sundae Girl, if you see the Prince see if he can get me any, OK?
