Screenshots! (Big Images)

Everyone loves looking at them. So post them here.

Here's a lovely shot of Chimera on MacOS X looking all pretty. It's a pretty tight browser. Based on Mozilla, but with a totally Cocoa-ized interface. Yowza!

Here's my screenshot. Warning: it's extremely pornographic! Please don't go if it offends you.

summary:
Me watching Dr. Phil on Oprah whining and ranting about how 14 year olds shouldn't be having so much oral sex. Hmm... I wonder where the kids could POSSIBLY be getting all their ideas from?

Eh, I thought the pornographic thing was a joke, since you didn't mention the facial treatment going on in your summary.

In Summary - He wasn't kidding!

That's okay though. I've seen naked people before.

You just have that image up most of the time? Or were you doing like a wank/Cellar session, saw the call for screenshots, and just figured you'd be honest?

Screenshot of my Linux Desktop - 471,866 bytes - as you can see, nothing much has changed. My desktop has looked like that for nearly two years now, and it's mainly because of the fact that I can just get stuff done with this setup. Still, I think it looks better than most Windows desktops.

No, I pulled the picture up just for the screenshot. I guess it was kinda obnoxious... for some reason I felt like doing it, though.

Why'd you delete it?

If anyone needs their screenshots hosted, I'll do it - ftp your screenshot into metastudios.com into the incoming directory. Login anonymous, password is some fake email address that you put in. Just stick it in there and I'll move it to a readable directory and put links here. If you want, name it like juju-screenshot.jpg and I'll say "here's juju's" or whatever.

My Work Desktop - Win2K - 329,458 bytes - This is basically my work desktop, though I always have the browser maximized. I resized it so you folks could get a good idea of what I do all day. That is, shell scripting and web browsing and document reading and writing. Wahoo!

Note that I always have auto-hide turned on for docks, task bars, panels, whatever you want to call them - I just turn it off for screenshots so you can see how I have it set up. Wahoo!

[ Edit - Good lord! How much more could Windows fuck this up? Saving screenshots as greyscale - yeah! ]

What do you guys use for windows screen shots? I have a demo of SnagIt-Studio which seems not-too-shabby. Then again, how often do I really use it?

I used to use ALT+Print Screen, but that just gave the current window. Now that I somewhat understand MFC's, I see what the ALT was doing. Alas, D, I am on this day no longer blind and have realized, but I refuse to serve anything to flies (other than a little bit o' the swatter).

nothing real special. you can see what ive spent most of my time doing with linux since i decided to 'learn' it if you look in the bottom right quarter of the screen.
