OK, I never need to try that again!

Has anyone else tried those little bottled energy drinks?
I use them sometimes to wake up when at work. Usually the 6-hour ones. Well, today, just for the heck of it, I drank 2 of them, one right after the other. Right now, my whole body feels like it's overheating and my arms itch.
On the other hand, I am REALLY awake now!

Do they use caffeine as the major stimulant? I'm a caffeine addict, and pretty much drink it from morning until bedtime. I've never tried those energy drinks but I fear they would have me bouncing off the walls.

It sounds like you are sensitive to niacin (B3). Energy drinks are usually loaded with B vitamins.

That's the niacin alright. Either that or the meth... hard to tell sometimes.

I used to drink Pimp Juice until I found myself voting for Obama, then I knew I had a serious problem. Of course, that's Step #1..

I used to drink Whore Juice, but then I would just lay on my back with my legs in the air....or was that Octomom Juice?

Spike. Fear it.

I drink a lot of Red Bull so I was quite surprised when I drank a can of Spike and felt like I had a swarm of hornets in my head. Gotta watch those energy drinks - some are pretty lethal.

The best thing I have found for an energy lift is Nano Coffee. No peak and crash - just a steady, medium-term, medium-intensity lift.
