SAGA is being offered as a free GOTD today. Has anyone played it?

The RTS game SAGA is being offered for free today (and tomorrow?) from Game Giveaway of the Day. They offered a trial version last time but this time it's the full version.

I own Guild Wars but it has gotten boring. Has anyone played SAGA who can give me feedback?

I know it's free, but at this point 1/2 gig on even my secondary drive is difficult.

I've been playing for a year now. I took a break since I really didn't want to buy any boosters and my progress was slow.

After about 5 months of inactivity, they sent me 30 free credits. I also found 3 free booster packs waiting for me.

Some dragons and other flying units might be just what I need to get a bit more entertainment value.

If anyone wants a Saga invite, let me know.

Well, the game is actually similar to that, but with orcs.

Did you know Orc was Anglo-saxon for furriner? Used particularly for the Normans. I think it was actually Orca or somesuch.

I used to play Guild Wars quite a bit, although I don't anymore.

I've never tried SAGA before, though...

In college the cafeteria service was a company called SAGA. We said it stood for the Soviet Attempt to Gag America. Well, it was the Cold War.[\threadjack]
