Treasure Hunt 2 Vote - Cold

Five entries for this one. And quite honestly, most of them make me feel cold just to see them. Please vote in the poll above for your favorite image in the Cold category.

best at what? I liked the house at night one for a number of reasons, none relating to cold. The kid in the snow was most cold reminding on many levels.

best in the category "cold" So if it doesn't say cold to you, find one that does.

Im torn between 1 and 5. 1 is obviously cold cuz the kid is buried in snow...but he doesn't look cold, he looks quite warm with cheer. 5 looks cold to me because winter always seems colder in the nighttime, but the picture doesn't look like its about the temperature.

I like the sheer joy in the kid photo, but since I stood barefoot at midnight to take the house photo before the deadline I'm a tad biased in this vote.

I took the kid photo, but voted for your house photo. It looks so freakin' cold to me.

The kid didn't look cold as much as it reminded me of how cold snow can feel when it is all over your face. It was cold because of the contrast between the warm kid and the cold snow. You know, the old "The call of the owl deepens the silence of the forest." bit.

The house photo wasn't cold, it was frigging COOL!
