Name This Tune

Something I got off TV awhile back. It's driving me nuts(more)
Sorry it's zipped and sorry sound. Maybe someone can tell?
Well that didn't work. Said invalid file type. So it's a mp3, 208KB. Any ideas how I can post or maybe send to someone?

Sounds like it came from an old Charlie's Angel's soundtrack. But I'm striking out too. Sorry, Buster.

Sounds a little early 70s/late 60s motown to me. I'm picturing a blaxploitation film.

Just had to google gamble and huff. This from a website:

Well, that narrows it down some...
