What are you doing today to be healthy, wealthy, and wise?

You can interpret this as broadly as you like. I want to hear your positive actions. I want to be inspired and motivated to use my time and money wisely. I'm so lazy (I call it "low energy") that I just want to hear how you are using your time productively, for positive physical, mental, emotional, or financial returns.

Here's what I've done today (so far)
--put money in savings account
--track some of my spending
--read in one of my personal finance books and thought about possible additional streams of income
--entered sweepstakes
--ate chickpeas

Healthy: I Walked 4.0mph for 1hr on level 15 incline, then did 50 cable crunches with 57.5lbs and some assorted arm/upper body shit.
Wealthy: I hit the beef sale at Martin's, got 3.55lb beef tenderloin for $30.
Wise: I read the cellar.

Healthy: We're trying out bison meat tonight. All-natural, and a lower fat content than beef.
Wealthy: Filed the taxes last night. Months of meticulous record-keeping and organization are finally paying off in the form of a large refund.
Wise: Went to the doctor at the first sign rather than waiting for the pain to fluorish again. (This doesn't count as being healthy because the illness is already here, I'm just fighting it off at this point.)

Today I walked into town, and to the local shop, and to my Grandad's (okay, that's just around the corner)
I took the old bread from the freezer to defrost, and will walk to feed the ducks tomorrow.

In town, I bought sandwich fixings for Grandad, so he doesn't have me going into town for him every day to buy a shop-bought snadwich. That's saving his money, not mine, but as I never have any I think it should count. I'll be making him a sandwich every day instead.

Oh and I admitted I do NOT need a new Hello Kitty watch, even if it is gorgeous and only £8.99. Which doesn't make me wealthy, but shows wisdom.

Healthy: ate a banana and a side of zucchini for lunch. Stomach still hurting from last week's food poisoning incident.
Wealthy: Came to work.
Wise: Read up on pair-instability supernova (ex: SN2007bi) -- does that count?

yesterday was kind of a bust. Spent too much money; didn't exercise.

But today, I checked my credit reports for the first time in (too long).

Good news: all the bad stuff has dropped off
Bad news: I don't have enough credit for a score.

This means I have to start applying for credit cards and stuff. I don't want credit cards, because I don't want debt. But I want to see if I can buy a house in a couple of years.

STUPID system!

yeah, but they are dangerous, and at least with a house I get an asset and get to realize a life-long dream.

I could get a car loan for a new car, probably. But my car still runs great.

If you use your credit card in an organized fashion for convenience, you'll never be tempted to rack up debt on it. For example, you could decide to get a card that is only for groceries. Use it for all your groceries, and only your groceries. It'll never be a big deal to pay it off each month, since you already know you can afford the food you're already paying for, and you're probably not going to suddenly stock up on piles and piles of expensive meats just because you have a card in your hand at the store (you won't, right?) You've mentioned before that you'd like to get your food budget down anyway, so it may also be helpful to see how the amount fluctuates from month to month.
