A cop tried to break up a snowball fight ..........with a gun.

He was later seen handing out speeding tickets to children on sleds...

Happens in Philly every year, but it's not usually a cop, and there are typically shots fired, occasionally fatality.

And whatever you do, don't you dare move that lawn furniture out of that space.
