Vegas 2011

Is anyone planning on being in or around Las Vegas this fall?

Not return though - and not during the school holidays

I'll be in Vegas the weekend after next.

It's my first time there. The wife and I are going to see Cher. I hope to get out of town and trek a bit. Good food is on the to-find list, too.

Not sure what else we're going to do. Four days is not a whole lot of time.

Also the Grand Canyon. There are some packages where you can see it AND the damn dam in the same day.

BTW, Cher? Which one of you is gay? :-)

I'm the one who planned it. I've loved Cher since I was a little kid. She used to be hot... And she still has a pretty great voice and sense of showmanship.

I saw her once before on the Believe tour.

What's the origin of the whole "only gay people like Cher" thing (I know it's tongue in cheek, I'm just wondering where it came from? -- Her daughter?)

We'll be in Vegas in a few weeks. If anyone is interested in getting together, PM me.

I'm starting to stock up on Restaurant.com certificates.
