Class Reunion
Our 50th year class reunion is coming up the 7th of May.
Silvia said to bring "hore dervis" :-) I'm thinking about a Cajun shrimp mold. Whatcha think? Bunches of recipes around, I'm looking at 3. Let you know which I pick later.

That seems like a good idea. I'm allergic so I won't be taste testing.

test run on this over weekend, with a few changes.
Shrimp Mold III One 10 oz can tomato soup Three 3 oz pkg cream cheese 1-1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin 1/4 cup cold water 2 cups (1 lb) boiled shrimp, seasoned and shredded or 3 small cans (4-1/2 oz each) shrimp 1 cup mayonnaise 3/4 cup finely chopped celery 1 small onion, chopped fine 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion tops Salt, pepper and hot sauce - to taste. Heat soup and dissolve cheese in it. Continue heating until melted. Remove from heat. Dissolve gelatin in cold water and add to soup mixture. Cool for a while and add all remaining ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased (butter or cooking spray) 6 cup mold. Chill overnight. Serve with crackers. From here http://www.cajun-recipes.com/html/appetizer.htm
