So what cool stuff did you get?
I think this might be the coolest thing I got. With a hook shaped knife, you can carve hollow areas easily. Like this spoon I just made from a hunk of black walnut I saved when we cut down a tree in my yard. Still need to sand it, etc. |

I hope everyone had a wonderful day, if not with family, at least with friends.
Glatt: That is a cool gift. As for gifts, I wasn't expecting anything. I figured my brother and his wife would give each of us a fleece cap. Yeah, you read right, a fleece cap. Saw him buy a truckload of it. Anyways, they gave my sis and I earphones. Good ones. I am very happy with it.
