I agree. No more than you can have foreground without background or light without dark or any other coin with two sides.

I didn't specify that in my opening post, but I did think about it. I'm not asking pick one and discard the other, though some might suggest that.

Mercy will probably end giving more peace of mind than justice would...at least in the long run. But justice might end up preventing more wrong doing than mercy in the long run, too.

So I dont know.

Justice, I think, in general terms. but life seldom gives you general decisions to make.

Maybe if there was a particular dwellar we could all judge, this would be easier to speak about.
