Yumm. Must ask - type? Ingredients? Are they cranberry-orange, by any chance?

I made drunken cranberry and orange a while back using the cranberries that had been steeping in my cranberry vodka for about three years.
These are made with mincemeat (I don't know if you Merkins have this? It's a sweet, spiced pie filling made of minced apple, assorted dried vine fruits, candied peel and suet, with a little rum), and extra nutmeg and spiced apple juice.

Mincemeat - my all-time favorite thing at Christmas. I've never made mincemeat muffins, though; something new to try.

The drunken cranberry-orange muffins sound great as well. I've never tried that but will, asap - I can see I'll be trying several new recipes this holidays.

That looks fantastic. I would slather it with hot mustard, flop it on a burrito wrapper, roll the whole thing up and eat it with a few pints of Guinness.

Then I'd have a nap.

S'funny you should mention the Guinness footsie, as we slathered it with Guinness HP sauce.
