A long but interesting story about a Japanese/Canadian, A Korean/American, and an Irishman, figured out what was wrong with NY stock trading and created IEX, the fair and honest stock exchange. They're making big waves in the financial world because before nobody could trust anyone for anything. Their answer, make everything transparent and slow every order down(350 microseconds), to level the field. Obviously a simple solution, why didn't you think of it?
