Grandmother's Best Dish
Gabriele Galimberti put together pictures of 43 grandmothers, from all over the world, with their "signature dish" and it's ingredients.
 At his website, in the "Delicatessen With Love project" you can see all 43 pictures. I should warn you, some of the dishes may be things you'd rather not eat.  Clicking the "More Info" under each picture will give you the recipe. source.
