Spatchcocking Chicken

I knew there's a bigger name for deboning a damn chicken, but do ya think a redneck could spell it? Anyway I found it in a book my son gave me, by Steven Raichlen. "Beer-Can Chicken." With a name like that I'm sure he knows a hell of a lot about drunk chickens, and grilling. wack the bird

I was about to suggest this should go in the sex thread..........ah. now I get it. Even "deboning" is a clean term. Okay. Proceed.

He declined to elaborate; but I believe we all know that he was referring to the existence of chocolate covered bacon.

I'd rather be judged by twelve than carried by six.
