			Um, maybe because it fills your stomach up before you can stuff a whole lot of barbecued ribs and mashed potatoes in there?  Everybody has a theory.  You look slim enough, No Time.

			I read somewhere that drinking a glass of ice cold water with your food is suppose to help, because the cold slows digestion and causes the energy to be available for a greater period of time, rather than being converted and stored.
