Salad!
Jinx and I make the best salads. I don't know or care how healthy they are, they just rock. We make them late at night. Usually, around midnight.
tonight's ingredients: mixed baby greens campari tomatoes 2 avocados, sliced cubed turkey breast red seedless grapes mandarin oranges sliced roasted almonds newman's raspberry walnut vinaigrette dressing

My ideal (unhealthy) salad would probably be a classic Chicken Caesar - with anchovies natch. Or if I have a really big appetite a Cobb Salad.
But if I go to the salad bar in Sainsburys (and my mouth is watering now thinking about it) I always include: Olives Peppers Red onion - or scallions if they have them Boiled egg Blue cheese dressing Kidney beans/ chickpeas Couscous No, none of them go together, I just love them! And I am queen of filling the carton to the max.

what I'm wondering is when do jinx and Lj sleep? coz it seems like 'never' is the answer to that one.
