A salmon pic for you

Here's my fish I caught yesterday during the Sitka Salmon Derby. I think I might be in the top 10, but I didn't hear the final results.
This guy weighed about 35-36lbs when we got him on board, but we didn't turn him in for a while so my "official" weight was 33.6. Not exactly a monster, but a decent fish for this time of year.

We don't get to keep the fish - the Sportsman's Association gets them.

But regardless..... every salmon has the same amount of fillets. Two. One on each side.
