What's Hurting Your Fricking Shoulder Like There's No Tomorrow?
I'll start:
I put a scope on my 12 gauge so I could hunt deer with it and I went down to the range this morning to sight in the scope. The recoil after the first slug hurt like hell. The second one hurt a little more than the first. The third one hurt like a motherfucker and the fourth one made me think I had done enough and needed to change to #6 shot, except it was a 3" load with 1 3/4 oz of pellets, in someways worse than the slug. Glad that is done and I have about a month until Bow season and then another two weeks until rifle/shotgun season. Will post bruises if they show up.

Didn't you just have surgery on your shoulder or something not long ago?
Maybe you need a different hobby? Like, gluing cotton balls together, or juggling marshmallows? I just had my hip replaced. Hey! I think I'll take up pole-vaulting!

You missed the boat, chap.
I had my gammy shoulder last month. I hurt like (unlubricated) buggery then. Pleased to say I am over it now and can turn my head with abandon.

I have no idea what made my shoulder hurt. But there will be a tomorrow and it will hurt more then.

my shoulders are good lately. in fact.... i'm not perceiving any untoward discomfort at present.
