All you fine cooks out there , we need your advice . As you can see from the pic below we went deep see fishing and cought a whole bunch of red snapper . How can we cook this fish and do justace to it ??

Oh no, Red Snapper aren't fit to eat. You should pack them in ice and overnight them to me immediately.
![]() Nice catch, man, I'd broil them with butter or wrap them in foil with butter and maybe onion and grill them. Check 'em often, they won't take long to cook.
