Is there a cache I need to empty because I have apparently filled my quota.

You have to reduce your image sizes ... or remotely host pics yourself and use img tags around the url.
How big is the pic you were trying to upload? I think anything over 114K gets automatically dumped.

I think that's up to 150kb , with the new system.
Sometimes when trying to upload, if you screw it up, the system gets pissy and won't let you upload, even if your doing it right.
