I just listened to it and it sounds like there is a little toddler in the back ground saying the cat's name.

I agree you don't actually see the cat's mouth move, but it's obvious the cameraman is trying to get a shot of the cat's mouth, rather than deliberately obscuring it. So I vote - Real. Also I believe I can hear a difference between the lady saying the name to encourage the cat, and the cat voice itself.
