Ecuador. There are some amazing pics on that site. But I wouldn't want to ride. Talk about sore! Ecuador also has the Galapagos. That would be an amazing trip, wouldn't it?

My friend just went to Ecuador in August with his wife and mother-in-law for a wedding...his wife's family is originally from there. He had a great time and said it was a beautiful place.
