Change of Plan......
We now have two Wolverines in the family. And no huskies. Goalieboy is no longer going up to the even-more-frozen even-more-North and will be in the college of Engineering at The University of Michigan.
Just Don't ask. It has been a little fraught.

deadline to accept the offer and pay the deposit was midnight mother's day (last night). I think it happened around 11:30. somewhat groggy at work today to say the least.... (I start at 5)

....and we just learned we're going to be a whole shitload better off! the cost for him was pretty much the same at both unis, but pologirl just got her fees lopped in half because goalieboy registered (I guess they already quoted his fees with the multipack discount -we thought it odd that Tech was just as expensive as UofM, even with all the academic scholarships they offered him.....)
