I have some questions and need some information.

I'm not a travel agent but have a good working relationship with one and work with them on a very regular basis, unless you're looking for some fairly obscure information or related to packages or something like that I should be able to help.

Well, here's the deal.

My best Friend, Kelove, is in Croatia (you've read about her before, perhaps). Anyway, she has to come home by May 2 or she gets deported. So. I'm trying to find the absolute cheapest way to get her home.

A sample itinerary is:

Bus from Zagreb, Croatia to Munich, Germany ($63.00 USD)
Flight from Munich, Germany to JFK ($330 one way)
Bus from JFK to NC ($65 including the stupid $12 fee).

The problem with that is that although travelocity SAYS that there are flights for $330, if you try to book them, it says "This airline doesn't fly to this city pair."

So I need a professional to see how cheep I can get her home.

would she be willing to sign a contract for say 2 years residence in a... let's see, how do you say it...group home?

if so, the Mexican Coyotes would be more than willing to fund her trip over here.

I think BA are still running a special of 110GBP return to NYC, it'll be cheaper than a one way, easyjet to london shouldn't be more than 50GBP absolute max that far in advance.

I'd say the cheapest way to get her home would be to allow the Croat authorities to deport her. Then you don't pay for the trip.

OK, but then what happens when she gets home? Jail time?

She does want to bring her Croat fiancee over on a fiancee visa. If she gets deported, aren't there consequences for that?

Can't answer that, but that bus trip from NYC to NC.... if flying in to Charlotte from somewhere in Europe isn't feasible, have you considered Amtrak to get back to Greensboro or Charlotte? That or the bus either one is a looong ride either way but the train would probably be more comfortable and I don't think the fare is a lot more than what you put down for the bus there.
