Time lapse movies
I have accumulated tens of thousands of pictures from a webcam aimed at a construction site that took an image a minute. I would like to stitch these pictures together into a cool time lapse movie of the building going up.
Any suggestions?

Well, Nerovision Express will tie together a 'slide show' into a movie, including transitions between pictures, but I wouldn't call it time lapse.

If on Linux, try Mencoder (related to the Mplayer project). On Windows, you might see if SynthAVI has a suitable importer.
