Cheetos: definitely fried to a crunchy, delicious crisp.
BUT, I MUCH prefer the Wise brand Cheez Doodlez. For some reason I find those so much tastier: better cheese powder, slightly softer than Cheetos. Peanut M&Ms, all the way.

Fried. Crunchy.
Peanut. Dr. Crusher can examine me any time. I can't wait to see what fascinating correlations your study uncovers. |

I am currently addicted to this dry instant noodle snack they have here in Taiwan. Imagine uncooked instant noodles crushed into inch-long bits, drowned that yummy salty soy sauce flavor. There's another brand that makes the noodles into little round cakes, like mini rice cakes. Fucking great.

That sounds surprisingly good. I may have to check the oriental grocery down the street from me.
Do they have a name other than "instant dry noodle snack?" The store I have easy access to is run by Koreans, but they stock from all over Asia.

There is no English name. The most prevalent brand appears to be one with white packaging (70% white on top, 30% red on bottom) and this funny-looking character with a big yellow head wearing a cross-color hat. Along the bottom are the noodles themselves, which are immediately recognizable. I've purchased this kind in NYC's Chinatown.

would have been a funnier reply. I apologize. |
