I feel so disconnected today.

I had this really weird dream (even weird by my standards) right before I woke up. And then I see two coma threads but don't know if they are related. Then I find out a former dwellar died.

And I'm like, what the fuck?

Things are not "synching" for me. Not just cellar stuff, but it seems like everything is disjointed and out of step.

Do ya'll ever get like this? What did you do to get out of it?

Go back to bed or drink heavily - your choice. Some folks, or so I've heard, do both.

Happens all the time. A combination of yoga and sleep work well most of the time. Failing that, go with just yoga.

When I feel that way, OC, I like to watch DVD's or read something. Humor ususally helps, but, strangely, so does tragedy.

I like watching the documentary Grey Gardens or something like that. It helps to know there are "others" (!) out there!!
