He didn't say they WILL be null and void. He said they ARE.

Since you cannot and have not in any way proven any credentials or original source documentation I cannot accept anything you post as credible. I am no lawyer, but it is pretty easy to find Constitutional experts who have a lot more credibility than you have provided in this argument.
