Weapons inspector David Kay did. So extremists had his report held hoping that Charles Duelfer would come up with something different. Instead the Duelfer report went beyond what the Kay report said. Duelfer added additional facts exposing those WMD claims as based in myths. Duelfer said Saddam's WMD abilties were mostly destroyed in 1991. Clinton destroyed what was left in 1998. Saddam has no abilities to construct WMDs and had no plans to reinstate those WMDs.

Duelfer even noted why Saddam avidly promoted WMD myths. From Isikoff & Corn:

Duelfer personally concluded that Saddam has been engaged in an impossible double game: trying to persuade the West that he had no WMDs while maintaining enough ambiguity that his historical foe, Iran, couldn't be certain that it was true."

How do we know this is true? 1) It contradicts UG. 2) It exposes more lies from George Jr.
