Go ahead and do it
Just go do it. Get up right now and go do it. Then it'll be done. Then you will have time to do the other thing.
I know you don't feel like it, but once you're doing it you'll get into it and the malaise will go away. It'll be a little tough for like 5 or 10 minutes, but your blood will start pumping and it will get easier. So go. Right now.
