Well never know why, give it up they’re not talking.
Guantanamo can’t make them talk. The KGB got nothing. Even Mossad threw in the towel. So settle for how they crossed the road.
Drivers had to yield to a critter which can be as slow as a reluctant toddler, plus there is clear evidence a couple of the took a crap
in the crosswalk... hopefully they didn’t have a newspaper or smart phone with them.

I assume this is Germany because TinEye says the photograph only appeared in two German publications, Bild, and Welt.
