Pop-up issue

Hey folks...

I'm having a problem with pop-up ads. Out of nowhere, they start coming up...not a lot, but a few here and there. I haven't given the firewall or computer any new permissions. I've ran spybot and ad-aware, but nothing is coming up. However, when ad-aware starts going through the shared DLLs, it starts to bog down. When it's finished running, an ad will then pop up. And I've run Norton...no viruses.

Help!
