Personally, I have alot of friends that deal with such problems. Different situations, ofcourse, but dead-beat family members that won't pay child support is a common thing. Hmm, so i'm curious about this one. If the child-support was being issued for 20 years, and it's past that, does that mean you can't bring it up if it never happened? Or is it possible that it could be seen as a refusal to oblige to court orders, i'd imagine something could be done whether it was p-ast the time or not. Can't it?
