How stupid are they?

Ok, it happened again - legislators passed a law without fully reading it. As a result, West Virginia is one of the first states in the country with English as an official language.

I don't know what side anyone is on with this issue, but I think we can all agree that sneaking provisions into bills is bad policy.

This is the first time at the state level, but I know of two times in the past two years that Congress has had something like this happen.

What annoys me is that the perpetrator here was a Democrat. You can bet I'm going to be sending out an e-mail on this.
