I finally got around to doing this.
I don't know if this will work for any phone other than the RAZR V3 via Cingular, but ... Email your phone the link. Open the email, and then select Go To from the drop down menu. Your phone should automatically download the .mp3 file, save it, and you too can have this unique ringtone. Of course, if you have another, easier way of transferring data to your phone, go for it.
