I think the fact that the Dorito slick appears to be concentrated only near the container indicates that it's the culprit. I would expect a spill of such lightweight floaty things to disperse somewhat rapidly, so if there's another container, it'd need to be nearby... In which case the story would be about two containers washing up? I'd say the back doors are probably open, if we could see 'em.
